Notes on prices
As well as the ceiling fans, there is air conditioning/convector fan heating fitted as shown, however use of these 2 units is subject to an additional cost of 30 euros per week if required, with the exception of January to March where their use is included.
Booking notes
There is an additional local management charge payable per let, on arrival at the apartment of 80 euros and an 80 euros deposit returnable on return of the keys subject to no damage caused or excessive cleaning required. A 10% or £50 deposit (whichever is greater) is required on booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to the start to the holiday.
Airport transfers and a welcome pack can be arranged, i.e. milk, bread etc.
No liability will be accepted for failure of services beyond our control.
