The communal pool, tennis court, & children’s play areas are within a 2 minute walk, as is the La Florida centre which has a medium sized supermarket, a number of bars restaurants and a bank. The Abbey Tavern has live entertainment most nights during the summer. Within a 10 minute walk there is a complex called the Emerald Isle, where there is a lovely swimming pool, sitting area, restaurant, bar and children’s play area, however you will have to pay a small charge to use it. Every Saturday morning there is a large local street market which is about a 15 minute walk away.

It is requested that there is no smoking in the apartment, and ashtrays are provided for use outside.
